This page contains the full list of options provided in the Global Options submenu of DSV Core.

Mermaid Pendants - Rival Hearts

Mermaid Pendants - Canon Couples
Toggles whether or not canon married couples such as George and Evelyn will wear a mermaid pendant (visible on their indoor outfits in spring, summer and fall). Can't be used if a character's LightweightConfig option is set to 'ultralight'.

Maternity Sprites
Enables maternity outfits for your wife while she is pregnant. If set to ‘true’, the sprites will automatically change. Can't be used if a character's LightweightConfig option is set to 'ultralight'. This option will not affect Leah's Butch variant or Penny.
Choices: "true", "false"
Gift Tastes Changes
Changes gift tastes for modded Sandy, Gus, Jodi, and Kent, Sikh Harvey, and Jewish Elliott, Alex, Evelyn, and George to dislike food items that conflict with their dietary requirements. Sam and Vincent will also have changes if modded Jodi or Kent is enabled. These characters will have custom dialogue if gifted with items edited by this option. This option is on by default but can be disabled for compatibility with other mods.
[Note: Due to Content Patcher limitations, any mod-added products that were originally a loved or liked item cannot be changed to a disliked item. Gift responses will still be accurate, however.]
Pyjamas
Toggles whether or not marriage candidates will wear pyjamas in the morning and evening. If 'Marriage' is selected, they will only wear them in the farmhouse once married. Can only be used if a character's LightweightConfig option is set to 'full'.
Choices: "on", "off", "Marriage Only"
Flower Queen's Crown
Enables the Flower Queen's Crown (FQC) feature, which gives other NPCs besides Haley a chance to be Flower Queen during the Flower Dance. Any characters set to 'ultralight' or 'off' will not be added as potential Flower Queen candidates.
Custom NPCs can be added as potential Flower Queen candidates by accessing DSV's C# tokens in their Content Patcher code. For more details, see the FQC section of Adding Compatibility.
Choices: "true", "false"
FQC - Immersion Mode
Toggles whether the Flower Queen's Crown feature will initially restrict who can become the Flower Queen and expand over time, or whether any eligible candidates can be selected as Flower Queen from Year 1.
If set to 'true', the Flower Queen in Year 1 will always be Haley, then in Year 2, other marriage candidates will have the chance of being Flower Queen, and in Year 3, children will also have the chance of being Flower Queen.
Choices: "true", "false"
Vanilla Beach Style
Selects whether characters will use their swimsuit designs from the vanilla game with sprite and portrait touchups, new swimsuits designed by the DSV team, or randomly select either option. This config option does not affect any characters that do not have swimsuits in the base game and they will have swimsuits added by DSV by default.
DSVStyle options are displayed on the left, while VanillaStyle options are displayed on the right.
